Ryan is passionate about working with entrepreneurial leaders and businesses that think big and seek a strategic and pragmatic path to success. After multiple years of in-kind service, advice and projects, Gippslandia had the means to formally engage Ryan to create a strategic plan and shore-up our intentions for the future, and it was a perfect match.

Ryan’s focus on providing support in areas of business strategy, brand and product development, intellectual property, market analysis, marketing strategy, project management and contract management was exactly what we needed at this point in our life cycle.

Ryan is a Principal Consultant at Aerium, which was founded by his brilliant wife, Jane Leslie in 2010. Aerium’s mission is quite simple – to help individuals, communities and organisations create positive change and reach new heights.

Ryan also works tirelessly for his kids’ sporting teams, injecting passion and countless hours back into the community.
